Edesia
an Ex-Army Officer founded Venture and it runs string of Bakery, Savories &Patisseries Outlets in Mumbai, India. Edesia has commenced its operations in 2009 and have been established as a leading quality & value for money food destination in competitive surroundings. Edesia has grown from it’s modest beginnings in mumbai’s mill redevelopment zone @ Sewree, Lalbaug, Ghodapdeo to a rapidly growing chain including an outlet in Colaba.

After serving Indian Army for almost a decade Major Vijhay like a thorough Gentleman to facilitate his better half to pursue her career called off his day in Army & thereafter while pursuing his Post Graduation in Human Resourses @ JBIMS entered career in Human Resources and after serving in corporate for almost 1 & ½ decades took voluntarily retirement from his job as a Group Head – HR in Concept Pharma to TRY his entrepreneurial skills in the industry which contributes in People’s Celebrations …Thus Major Vijhay has seen and excelled in all 3 streams of one’s Career…in Govt Job….serving Nation, in Corporate jobs & finally being Self employed….Versatility & Urge to SERVE & CONRIBUTE in People’s life whether its their SECURITY OR CELEBRATION….is MOTTO of his life..!

Post completing graduation Prafulla has taken practical experience in Sales & Marketing @ Bakers Dozen for 3 years and has joined Edesia as Manager –Sales & Marketing.

Sandeep Singh is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University. Post completing graduation Sandeep joined Edesia and is handling operations of Sewree Outlet & Co-ordinates with all other outlets for last 5 years.
